(“NPower”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes individually identifiable information about users (“Personal Information”) of our Diversity Directive Site (“Site”) and applies to all Personal Information that we collect through the Site. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and not to any other NPower activities nor to any platform deployed by any third party, including but not limited to linked third party sites or applications. Image sharing

(i) How long do we retain Personal Information?

We typically retain Personal Information related to any marketing activities for as long as you accept marketing communications from us, and upon request, we will securely delete such information in accordance with applicable law. For Personal Information that we collect and process for other purposes described above, we typically retain such Personal Information for no longer than for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and as otherwise needed to address tax, corporate, compliance, litigation, and other legal rights and obligations. 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
